Delivery Terms

Delivery in Australia: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne within 2-3 working days of receiving your order (you will be notified if there is an unexpected delay in dispatching your goods). Orders over $200 are sent by courier. Orders under $200 are sent by Australia Post. Australia Post advise to please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

For orders where payment is by cheque or money order, goods will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Overseas delivery: we mail anywhere in the world - delivery time varies according to destination and will be sent by air mail.

Sold Out and Back Orders

You will be notified immediately if any item is sold out or on back order. Credit card charges are not processed until an item is dispatched.

FREIGHT Charges

Australia: Add 10% to the total value of your order. Subject to a minimum charge of $5.00, maximum $35.00.

Overseas orders: Air mail postage is charged at a cost according to weight, standard Australian airmail charges will apply. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. You will be notified of postage charges by e-mail prior to items being dispatched.

Freight charges will be added by Mothers Direct staff when processing your order, but are not shown in the shopping cart total.

Postage rates to Australian destinations are subject to 10% GST.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from Mothers Direct simply return your purchase within 30 days from the date on your invoice for a full refund or exchange.

 

Goods must be returned in their original, saleable condition. Saleable condition means they must not have been used, washed, worn or soiled, must have their product tags attached and be in their original product packaging. Clothing items may be tried on briefly to check size and fit, but must be returned with product tags attached and in their original product packaging.

 

We are unable to refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

 

Faulty Goods Or Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a replacement at no charge, freight free. A faulty product does not include products which are the wrong size or fit (use Returns section above), unless this is the result of faulty manufacture. You will need to return the product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment. Please call us on 1800 032926 9.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri (outside Australia call 61 3 9886-9399) or e-mail mothersdirect@breastfeeding.asn.au for details on how to return your product freight free.

 

Method of Refund

Mothers Direct Pty Ltd will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.


How to Make a Return
 

Please return the product in its original, saleable condition (see details above). Please include a note containing the information outlined below and a copy of the invoice you received with your goods.
