You are required to LOGIN at the homepage prior to adding items to your shopping cart.

Simply click on the orange "ABA SUBSCRIBER LOGIN" button and enter your Email and ABA subscriber number.

Once logged in, all products will automatically show at the 10% discounted price.

Use of Gift/Discount Voucher
If you are an ABA/LRC member, please LOGIN at the homepage before following the steps below:

1) Start shopping and add items to your shopping cart.

2) When finished, click on .

3) This will bring you to the "Billing Address Details" screen. Fill in the required fills.

4) Click on

5) Select your preferred shipping method and click < Next Confirm Details>

6) You will see a box to input voucher number :
Input gift voucher number (if any)

7) Input voucher number and click

8) Your discount will be reflected in "Order Details"

Delivery Terms
Delivery in Australia: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 2-3 working days of receiving your order (you will be notified if there is an unexpected delay in dispatching your goods).

Your order will be dispatched by either Australia Post standard mail or independent courier. Please choose which method you would like to use at the check out. We strongly advise that orders over $200 in value are sent by courier, as these orders can be tracked. Mothers Direct can not be liable for goods lost in transit by Australia Post, as these are not trackable.

Australia Post advise to allow up to 7 days for delivery once goods are despatched, although most deliveries arrive within 2-5 working days, depending on your location (regional areas may take longer). Courier deliveries will arrive in 2-3 working days depending on your location (regional areas may take slightly longer).

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Overseas delivery: we mail anywhere in the world - delivery time varies according to destination and your order will be sent by air mail. You will be notified before your goods are dispatched of any charges in addition to our standard freight charge.

Some very small or very large items may have different freight rates. These will be advised when you are ordering these items.

Sold Out and Back Orders
You will be notified immediately if any item is sold out or on back order.


Postage and Handling Charges
Within Australia: Your order will be despatched by either Australia Post standard mail or independent courier. Please choose which method you would like to use at the check out. We strongly advise that orders over $200 in value are sent by courier, as these orders can be tracked. Mothers Direct can not be liable for goods lost in transit by Australia Post, as these are not trackable. Postage and handling charges:

Australia Post standard mail: $9.95 (unlimited items, flat rate anywhere in Australia)
Courier: $9.95 plus $2 per item (e.g. 2 items is $9.95 + $4.00 = $13.95)

Some very small or very large items may have different freight rates. These will be advised in the shopping cart when you are ordering these items.

Overseas orders: Air mail postage is charged at a cost according to weight, standard Australian airmail charges will apply. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. You will be notified before your goods are dispatched of any charges in addition to the standard Australia Post charge ($A9.95).

Postage rates to Australian destinations are subject to 10% GST.

Exchange, Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from Mothers Direct simply return your purchase within 7 days from the date of despatch of your goods for a full refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in their original, saleable condition. Saleable condition means they must not have been used, washed, worn or soiled, must have their product tags attached and be in their original product packaging. Clothing items may be tried on briefly to check size and fit, but must be returned with product tags attached and in their original product packaging.

We are unable to refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Note: no exchange or refunds on sale items.


Faulty Goods Or Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a replacement at no charge, freight free. A faulty product does not include products that are the wrong size or fit (see Returns section above), unless this is the result of faulty manufacture. You will need to return the product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment. Please call us on 1800 032926 9.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri (outside Australia call 61 3 9886-9399) or e-mail orders@mothersdirect.com.au for details on how to return your product freight free.

Method of Refund
Mothers Direct Pty Ltd will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.

How to Make a Return
Please return the product in its original, saleable condition (see details above). Please include a note containing the information outlined below and a copy of the invoice you received with your goods.
