This programme discusses the safety of bedsharing and clearly explains how research demonstrates a link between bedsharing and successful breastfeeding.

The programme is largely based on the excellent research work being conducted at Durham University, England by Dr Helen Ball. The film uses a concise script to introduce and detail safe bedsharing. It looks at how bedsharing can help a mother to deal with night-time feeds and the benefits and safety issues of sharing a bed with a baby.
